John Kreiss started SullivanKreiss in 2003 with a vision and a phone. John employed his more than 10 years of knowledge as a recruiter to create a new breed of executive search, catering solely to architecture and engineering clientele. Today, SullivanKreiss has grown from John at his kitchen table to over a dozen recruiters and two locations. John’s vision has grown from a ‘man with a plan’ to a million dollar company in three years.
